Harry Peers Steelwork

Harry Peers Steelwork are proud supporters of the Bolton Lads and Girls Club and were determined that 2011 would be a fundraising year to remember!

Peers' own dedicated fundraising team known as the ‘Helping Hands Committee' organised a jammed packed year of events aimed at increasing awareness of the club, raising much needed funding and of course having a good time! From bowling and football matches to car boot sales and Krypton factor style courses, we did it all! (see picture)

Karen Edwards, CEO of Bolton Lads & Girls Club added," I am thrilled with how Peers have really grasped the Helping Hands concept and the results of the activities to date have been spectacular, raising over £1,000 to be reinvested into providing a safe place for the young people of Bolton."

A special thanks to all Harry Peers staff for enthusiastically taking part in the fundraising events and of course to all those who sponsored them.  Together, we really have made a difference.
