ACTUS Award Peers Contract at Magnox Trawsfynydd.

ACTUS, the joint venture including Costain, Amec and Jacobs as part of an Intermediate Level Waste (ILW) framework contract, has awarded Harry Peers Steelwork Limited the south FED steelwork package at the Trawsfynydd site in North Wales.

The scope of works includes connection design, site surveys of existing structures, fabrication and erection of primary and secondary steelwork, cladding and doors within the confines of the nuclear licensed site.

The contract follows projects carried out in association with Costain and Magnox at the Trawsfynydd site as part of the Capping Roofs Project.
