Happy Retirement David

Thu 30th Nov 2017

It's Happy Retirement Day today for Plater/Welder David Tempest, as he leaves the Company after 11 years loyal service.

David began his working life with Peers in January 2006 and has seen a lot of life and made firm friendships during that time.

In his spare time, David enjoys watching boxing and is passionate about Living History, being involved in Viking Re-enactment, which sees him travel around the country to places such as Cumbria and Hastings.

With all this extra time on your hands, you'll be able to tackle those little jobs at home David, such as the gardening!

Hopefully, you will find the right balance between enjoying your well-earned rest and maintaining a happy house, which means not getting under the feet of Dawn!

David is leaving us with a legacy today however, in the form of his grandson Keiron, who began his own working life with Peers in October of last year.

All at Peers wish you a wonderful retirement David and it might be an idea to keep those re-enactment weapons out of reach now you'll be spending more time at home!
