Peers receive ISO 3834-2 Certification

Following their audit of Harry Peers Steelwork Limited systems for the management of welding ‘The Welding Institute' have certified that the Quality Standards used by Peers meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 3834-2.

Production Manager David Eccles and Peers Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWI) Frank Mitchell have prepared the companies standards which will enable the company to fully comply with the requirements of the National Structural Steelwork Specification (NSSS) 5^th Edition.

Harry Peers Steelwork Ltd are only the 6^th UK structural steelwork contractor to have been approved to the required standard which proved essential in receiving the award of the £3 Million specialist steelwork contract with Costain at Trawsfyndd Power Station in North Wales.
