Well done to Mark and Neil

Tue 23rd Feb 2016

As part of the continual development of the Works staff a discussion took place with Mark Blackburn, Fabrication Inspector and Neil Tong, Works Foreman to establish the direction they felt would enhance their skills.

A Health and Safety qualification was agreed by both Mark and Neil as the next step in their development.

The 4 day IOSH Managing Safely qualification was selected as although it is an in-depth course and pushed them to their limit, it was seen as the flagship qualification for Managers and Supervisors.

Mark and Neil both vowed to implement what they have learnt on the course and have already changed their mind-set which will ensure Peers continues to be a safe and healthy environment for all.

Congratulations to both Mark (left) and Neil (right) who are pictured below with their certificates.
