Scope of Work:
Peers were responsible for the Design, Build and Management of the project from 'green field' site to the handover of the completed building envelope. Innovations in foundation design, a cut and fill solution to reduce the amount of spoil removed from site, along with the most economic steel frame and cladding design were key elements to the success of the project.
